Medical Disclaimer

Effective: March 21, 2026 · Version 1.0

CardioCommand is a health data tracking and intelligence tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical diagnoses, and should never be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

For Clients

  • Health scores and signals are informational. They are computed from the data you enter and are designed to help you notice patterns — not to diagnose conditions or prescribe treatments.
  • Always consult your healthcare provider. Before making any changes to medications, diet, exercise, or treatment plans based on information you see in CardioCommand, speak with your doctor first.
  • In case of emergency, call 911. CardioCommand is not an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.
  • Data accuracy depends on your input. The quality of insights depends on the accuracy and completeness of the data you provide. Incorrect or incomplete data may lead to misleading insights.
  • Confidence levels are shown for transparency. When a signal shows "Low Confidence" or "Insufficient Data," it means there is not enough information to draw reliable conclusions.

For Clinicians

  • Supplementary information only. Client data shared through CardioCommand is self-reported and has not been independently verified. It is supplementary to — not a replacement for — clinical assessments, electronic health records, or standard-of-care documentation.
  • Clinical judgment prevails. Signals, risk scores, and trend analyses are algorithmic observations based on patient-entered data. They are designed to surface patterns for your review — clinical decisions should always be based on your professional judgment.
  • Not a certified EHR. CardioCommand is not a certified electronic health record system. Data from this platform should not be treated as the patient's official medical record.
